1. General terms and conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared with others. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.<\/p>\n

2. Price and payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Membership is automatically renewed every month at the current price for the selected centre. Payment is made in advance via the registered payment card.<\/p>\n

Cancellation must be made no later than current month + 2 months.<\/p>\n

3. Access and booking<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • Membership gives access to padel at the times and courts specified for each centre.<\/li>\n
  • Maximum 4 open bookings at a time per member.<\/li>\n
  • At the end of the booking, you can book again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Player positions and teammates<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    A doubles court requires payment for four playing spaces. Each space must be covered by a valid membership, which must be current at the time of booking, or a paid guest fee. This also applies if there are fewer than four of you playing. For example, if there are two members, you must pay the guest fee for the other two places. A membership only covers the member\u2019s own place.<\/p>\n

    • Single lanes<\/strong>: Membership does not include access to singles courts, except in Odense, where it is included.<\/li>\n
    • Fellow players<\/strong>: Your fellow players\u2019 membership must be valid at the time of the booking and at the relevant centre. Otherwise, the guest rate must be paid for their place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      5. No-shows and cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      If the member fails to show up for a booking, they will receive a warning. Repeated offences may result in termination of membership. Cancellations must be registered in a timely manner so that time can be freed up for others.<\/p>\n

      6. Cancellation and renewal<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Membership is automatically renewed unless cancelled in writing via customer service. Cancellation must be made no later than current month + 2 months.<\/p>\n

      7. Abuse<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Any abuse of the membership, including sharing with others, will result in immediate cancellation with no possibility of refund.<\/p>\n

      8. Changes in terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      We reserve the right to change membership terms and prices with one month's notice. Changes will be announced via email or on the website.<\/p>\n

      9. Disclaimer of liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur while using the facilities. Use of the courts is at your own risk.<\/p>\n
