Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of membership without refund.<\/p>\n<h4>2.&nbsp;<strong>Price and payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Membership is automatically renewed every month at the current price for the selected centre. Payment is made in advance via the registered payment card.<\/p>\n<p>Cancellation must be made no later than current month + 2 months.<\/p>\n<h4>3.&nbsp;<strong>Access and booking<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Membership gives access to padel at the times and courts specified for each centre.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum 4 open bookings at a time per member.<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the booking, you can book again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4.&nbsp;<strong>Player rules<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Membership only covers free games for the registered member. Other fellow players must be members or pay a guest price.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single lanes<\/strong>: Membership does not include access to singles courts, except in Odense, where it is included.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shared booking<\/strong>: Discount applies to fellow players depending on the number of members on the pitch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5.&nbsp;<strong>No-shows and cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>If the member fails to show up for a booking, they will receive a warning. Repeated offences may result in termination of membership. Cancellations must be registered in a timely manner so that time can be freed up for others.<\/p>\n<h4>6.&nbsp;<strong>Cancellation and renewal<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Membership is automatically renewed unless cancelled in writing via customer service. Cancellation must be made no later than current month + 2 months.<\/p>\n<h4>7.&nbsp;<strong>Abuse<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Any abuse of the membership, including sharing with others, will result in immediate cancellation with no possibility of refund.<\/p>\n<h4>8.&nbsp;<strong>Changes in terms<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>We reserve the right to change membership terms and prices with one month's notice. Changes will be announced via email or on the website.<\/p>\n<h4>9.&nbsp;<strong>Disclaimer of liability<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur while using the facilities.
