Typical work tasks include:
- Responsibility for day-to-day operations, including finances and budget targets
- Planning training, activities and events in the centre
- Building local contacts and collaborations with businesses and schools
- Maintaining the centre and managing low occupancy periods
- Ensure high customer service through a team of padel hosts and coaches
