  • Typical work tasks include
  • Responsibility for day-to-day operations, including finances and budget targets
  • Planning training, activities and events in the centre
  • Building local contacts and collaborations with businesses and schools
  • Maintaining the centre and managing low occupancy periods
  • Ensure high customer service through a team of padel hosts and coaches
